10200 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 10200 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Last updated: 2026. These Terms apply to all users accessing the 10200 platform from Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 10200 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 10200 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

10200 is an online entertainment service operating for eligible users under Malaysian law. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are using this platform at your own risk.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full services of the 10200 platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same user are prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account username and password confidential;
  • Ensuring no third party accesses your account without authorisation;
  • Notifying the 10200 team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
  • Using a strong password that is not easily guessed.

10200 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own negligence or failure to maintain account security.

User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

As a user of the 10200 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Providing false or misleading registration information;
  • Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
  • Attempting to access the systems, databases, or accounts of other users without authorisation;
  • Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to exploit the platform;
  • Distributing content that is seditious, defamatory, or in violation of Malaysian law;
  • Taking any action that compromises the integrity of games or harms other users.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without any refund. 10200 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 10200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX via Malaysian local bank internet banking and TNG eWallet. Additional methods may be added from time to time as needed.

Important terms regarding payments:

  • Deposits must be made exclusively through the official payment methods available on the platform. Deposits made through unofficial channels will not be recognised and will not be credited to your account;
  • Minimum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change without prior notice;
  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances as determined by the 10200 team;
  • Deposit processing times are typically 2–10 minutes for FPX and near-instant for TNG eWallet, subject to system conditions;
  • 10200 reserves the right to delay or place a hold on withdrawals pending identity verification or account security reviews.

Any transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with a user's normal usage patterns may be grounds for an account investigation. Users found to be involved in unauthorised transactions will be subject to appropriate action.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

The 10200 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: service interruptions, technical errors, data loss, or loss of anticipated revenue.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

10200 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, platform abuse, or unlawful activity. Any valid account balance at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal procedures, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 10200 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to the platform operator and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

10200 may contain links or references to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

10200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 10200 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the extent closest to the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
